A Little History about Us...

Turn-Key has established itself as one of the oldest and most well-known Repair and Maintenance companies. Current owners, Damon and Cathy Binder, introduced the new logo and interactive website in 2012.

Turn-Key was founded in 1993 by the original owner out of frustration about contractors not showing up or returning phone calls. He envisioned either personally or through the use of subcontractors, "a turn-key operation", and Turn-Key Repair & Maintenance was born.

Turn-Key handles simple repairs, renovations, and full remodels. Realtors and homeowners can count on Turn-Key to get their properties ready to be put on the market or do inspection and closing repairs. For Property Managers we do general and regular maintenance and repairs, move out repairs and emergency calls.
